TORTA FRITTA E CRUDO DI PARMA
Deep fried pizza dough served with Parma.

Middle course
TAGLIATELLE ALLA BOLOGNESE
Egg pasta Tagliatelle with bolognese sauce.

Main course
STRACOTTO ALLA PARMIGIANA
Beef cooked with onions, carrots, celery, garlic and tomatoes.
Cooked in pan for five hours (stracotto in Italian means extra cooked).

Dessert
ZUPPA INGLESE
Sponge cake dipped in Alchermes (aromatic Italian herb liqueur) and topped with patisserie cream.
