Tonno alla Mediterranea

A very easy and simple recipe for the fish lovers. Tuna steak cooked in the mediterranean way.

Ingredients:

-600 gr fresh Tuna (4 steaks of 150 gr each)
-500 gr fresh cherry tomatoes
-50 gr capers
-4 anchovies
-150 gr black olives
-basil
-extra virrgin olive oil
-salt and pepper

Assembly

In a pan with oil put the cherry tomatoes (cut in 4), anchovies, black olives and capers. Let it cook for few minutes enough to let the tomatoes soften.
Turn off the fire, add the chopped basil and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a non stick pan with a little touch of oil. Cook the tuna steaks for two minutes per side, season with salt and pepper.
Serve it on a plate and top it with the sauce you previously made.
Finish with a touch of oil.

Simple as that.
